The purpose of this session is to get attendees dreaming about the possible, the likely, and the probable future of UX Design - and to inspire them to be a part of making these dreams a reality.

This Poster Discussion will enable experienced practitioners to share what they have learned from planning and executing iterative user research programs using both qualitative and quantitative methods. WeÕll explore what kinds of research questions are best suited for qualitative studies and for quantitative studies. From telling their own stories and hearing others, attendees will understand the benefits and shortcomings of beginning a user research initiative with each approach. Attendees will leave with new ideas to improve and enhance the user research programs at their own organizations.
