Raphael is an accessibility and usability consultant at AbilityNet. Clients include major financial institutions, law firms and leisure companies. Current work includes conducting user testing sessions, and advising developers and designers on how to create accessible/usable digital products and services. Raphael graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in web development, with his dissertation focusing on mobile UX. He submitted a research paper for the Web For All conference in South Korea earlier this year and this won the award for Best Communication Paper. When he’s not working, Raphael can be found racing up and down ice/inline hockey rinks, at music concerts, art galleries or following his other passion – photography.
